Review OPL Attendance

Updated August 23, 2026

Before you begin

The ordinary OPL must have an Event. Every OPL member can read the response counts shown on an available Event card. The named Who's Going Event action is an organizer control, not a general member list.

iPhone, iPad, and Android

Open the ordinary OPL chat.

Find the current Event reminder card.

Review the Going, Maybe, and No counts for each displayed time slot.

If you are an organizer, open OPL Info > EVENTS.

Open the Event's action menu and select Who's Going.

macOS and Windows

Select the ordinary OPL conversation.

Review the response counts on its Event card.

If you are an organizer, open the OPL information panel, find EVENTS, open the Event menu, and select Who's Going.

Web

Open the ordinary OPL conversation and its current Event card.

Review the available response counts.

Use the Event attendance-management action only if it is offered to your organizer account.

Expected result

The counts show how members responded for the displayed Event or time slot. An organizer's Who's Going action can provide the named attendance workflow available for that Event.

What attendance does not mean

A response is not an automated court reservation or guaranteed place.

MYOPL does not assign physical courts or run the venue's queue.

There is no general View Who's Going button on the OPL Browse tab for every member.

Regional rating records do not have ordinary OPL attendance.

If attendance is unavailable

Confirm that an Event is active for the relevant date.

Ask the organizer whether the Event is paused or canceled today.

If Who's Going is missing, your account may not have an organizer role.

Use the counts on the Event card when a named organizer list is not available.
