Request a New Club

Before you begin

You must be signed in. Only Club Name is required. If you add an address, select the address offered by MYOPL so the location can be confirmed.

iPhone, iPad, and Android

Open Messages.

Open the top-right menu and select New Club.

On Add Club, enter Club Name.

Optionally add a photo, email, phone number, website, address, city, state, and description.

Choose Public or Private.

Under Who Can Join, choose Anyone, Invite Only, or Request to Join.

Select Save.

Alternative path: Settings > Account > MANAGE > Add Club.

macOS

Select Messages from the side navigation.

Open the conversation-list menu and select New Club.

Complete Add Club as described above.

Select Save.

You can also use Settings > Account > MANAGE > Add Club.

Windows

Open the installed MYOPL application and select Messages.

Open the conversation-list menu and select New Club.

Complete Add Club as described above.

Select Save.

You can also use Settings > Account > MANAGE > Add Club.

Web

Open MYOPL Messenger in your browser.

Open the creation menu and select New Club, or open Settings > Account > MANAGE > Add Club.

Enter Club Name and any verified optional details.

Select Submit Request.

Expected result

MYOPL confirms that the Club request was sent for administrative review. The request does not create or publish a Club profile immediately.

Current limitations

There is no pending-request page, review tracker, or promised approval time.

The Settings description may still refer to a pickleball Club even though MYOPL is preparing for more sports.

Invite Only and Request to Join are available in the form, but current membership controls do not enforce those choices consistently. Do not rely on them as a security boundary until MYOPL announces that support.

If the request cannot be sent

Confirm that Club Name is filled in.

If you entered an address, select a suggested result.

Check the connection and select the final action once more.

If you already received a confirmation, do not submit a duplicate to check its status.
