Find and Join a Club

Before you begin

You must be signed in and online. Location access is optional: it improves nearby ordering, but search works without it.

iPhone, iPad, and Android

Tap Clubs in the bottom navigation.

Select Browse.

Enter a Club name, username, city, state, or address in Search clubs....

Tap a result to open Club Info.

Review its name, address, About information, member count, and available Club contacts.

Select Join.

Return to My Clubs and tap the Club to open its chat.

You can also open a result's menu and select Join directly.

macOS and Windows

Select Clubs from the side navigation.

Select Browse and search for the Club.

Select a result. On a wide window, Club Info opens beside the list.

Select Join.

Open My Clubs and select the Club conversation.

Web

Open Clubs from the Messenger sidebar.

Select Browse Clubs.

Search by Club or location information and use Previous or Next to check more results.

Open the Club details and select Join.

Return to My Clubs and open the conversation.

Expected result

Joining adds the Club conversation to My Clubs. The Club is then excluded from your Browse results because Browse is for Clubs you have not joined or do not manage.

Current membership limitation

A Club may show Anyone, Invite Only, or Request to Join. Current list and membership controls do not enforce those settings consistently on every platform. Do not treat a displayed pending request as guaranteed, and do not join a restricted Club without the Club's authorization.

If the Club is missing

Clear the search and check additional Browse pages.

If location access is off, search still works but nearby ordering may be unavailable.

Check My Clubs; a joined or managed Club no longer appears in Browse.

Open Archived if you archived the conversation.

If the profile does not exist, use Request a New Club.
