Find and Join a Court

Updated August 23, 2026

Before you begin

You must be signed in and online. Location access is optional: it improves nearby ordering, but you can search without it.

iPhone, iPad, and Android

Tap Courts in the bottom navigation.

Select Browse.

Enter a Court name, username, city, state, or address in Search courts....

Tap a result to open Court Info.

Review the name, address, available details, and Court managers.

Select Join.

Return to My Courts and tap the Court to open its chat.

You can also open a result's menu and select Join directly.

macOS and Windows

Select Courts from the side navigation.

Select Browse and search for the Court.

Select a result. On a wide window, Court Info opens beside the list.

Select Join.

Open My Courts and select the Court conversation.

Web

Open Courts from the Messenger sidebar.

Select Browse Courts.

Search by Court or location information and use Previous or Next to check more results.

Open the Court details and select Join.

Return to My Courts and open the conversation.

Expected result

Joining adds the Court conversation to My Courts. The Court is then removed from your Browse results because Browse is for Courts you have not joined or do not manage.

Current access limitation

Some profiles may display a private access setting. Current membership controls are not consistent on every list and platform, so Help cannot promise that every private or request-based setting is enforced. Do not join or manage a restricted Court unless the venue has authorized you.

If the Court is missing

Clear the search and check additional Browse pages.

If location access is off, search still works but nearby ordering may be unavailable.

Check My Courts; a joined or managed Court no longer appears in Browse.

Open the Archived row if you archived its conversation.

If no profile exists, use Request a New Court.
